Wedge Salad with Grilled Shrimp

Hard to believe, but it tastes even better than it looks!

We use a fresh head of lettuce, and combine it with four (4) flame-grilled jumbo shrimp. The salad is garnished with crumbled Roquefort cheese, bacon bits, tomatoes and blue cheese dressing.

A perfect combination includes our fresh baked rolls, and a glass of chilled Sonoma-Cutrer chardonnay wine.

And don’t fret – this salad is available for both lunch and dinner!
